Black and White lunchbox
Seasonal Fresh Fruit:
Blackberries, custard apple, coconut pieces, lychee, macadamia nuts, pine nuts, almond slivers and passionfruit.

Snacks:
Seaweed products, nori rolls or Californian rolls.
Seaweed crackers with cottage cheese or baked ricotta cheese.
Toast with vegemite, miso or almond spread.
Vanilla yogurt with passionfruit.
Miso soup.

Cold Lunch :
Smoked trout with mayonnaise or white tuna with mayonnaise and favourite salad
and pitted black olives (with dark bread or seaweed crackers if required).
Cold cuts of chicken (or leftovers) with mayonnaise and favourite salad,
pitted black olives (with dark bread or seaweed crackers if required).

Hot Lunch:
Fish or vegetable kedgeree with cauliflower and black olives (see recipe on site).

Dessert:
Bread and butter pudding with black currants or rice pudding with black currants.
