Healing green lunchbox
Seasonal Fresh Fruit:
Green apples, pears, kiwi fruit and
green grapes.
Snacks:
Celery sticks with nut spread.
Raw snow peas and green capsicum pieces with hommus dip.
Half an avocado with spoon (try a squeeze of lime juice).
Lunch:
Hot or cold spinach slice (see website recipe).
Spinach quiche
or zuccini slice (leftover).
Green dahl (leftover) with Green salad of cucumber and pitted green olives
on the side.
Dessert:
Green apple pie or slice (sweetened with juice concentrate
or honey)
made with whole grain pastry.
