Red Lunchbox
Seasonal Fresh Fruit:
strawberries, watermelon, red apples, red raspberries,
cherries.
Snacks:
Strawberry
muffin, red berry yogurt.
Hot lunch:
Spaghetti bolognaise or red lentil bolognaise (see recipe on website)
or Tomato soup or tomato/ minestrone soup and bread if required.
Cold lunch:
Red tomato
(leave whole to be sliced at the centre)
Red capsicum (plain or stuffed with rice or cheese)
Red bean salad
Red salmon or ham, pastrami, salami
red meat leftovers cuts (beef, lamb)
Beetroot
Accompanied by favourite salad items and bread if required.
Dessert:
Individual fruit tarts: strawberry or raspberry.
