A one day program to process and unravel the negative entanglements accumulated over time. A process which identifies the beliefs which continue to lead women into self denial and self loathing. An opportunity to heal the wounds of adolescence still affecting adult relationships and life choices. An empowering and nurturing program suitable for all women who have looked in the mirror and not liked what they've seen.
